Terms of Service
The terms on which Indegenious Hub Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. provides hosting, domain, business email and related services, and on which this website may be used.
Read alongside your own service agreement, order confirmation or invoice, which sets out the commercial specifics for your account. Where the two differ on a commercial point, your service agreement applies.
About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the website at host.ingenioushub.com, the Ingenious Hub Hosting client portal, and the hosting, domain, email and related services provided by Indegenious Hub Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. (“Ingenious Hub”, “we”, “us”).
Commercial specifics — the package you hold, its resources, the fees, the billing cycle, any service levels and any refund arrangement — are set out in your service agreement, order confirmation or invoice. Where those documents and these terms differ on a commercial point, your service agreement applies.
Using this website
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or our services.
This website is provided for information. It does not create an account, and reading it does not make you a customer. Services begin when an account is created for you and confirmed in writing.
Accounts and the client portal
Customer accounts are created by Ingenious Hub. There is no public self-registration on this website. The client portal at host.ingenioushub.com requires authentication.
As an account holder you agree to:
- provide accurate account, contact and billing information, and keep it up to date
- keep your login credentials confidential and not share them
- be responsible for activity carried out through your account
- tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation
- maintain a working, monitored email address for service and renewal notices
Notices sent to the email address on your account are treated as delivered. If that address stops working and services lapse as a result, that consequence rests with the account holder.
Hosting services
Hosting services are provided according to the package you hold. Plans and resources vary by hosting package; the specification applicable to your account is what was confirmed to you in writing.
You are responsible for:
- the content, code and applications you place on the hosting account
- keeping website software, themes, plugins and dependencies updated
- ensuring your use stays within the resources of your package
- holding your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose
Where we take backups, they are taken for our own operational purposes and should not be relied on as your only copy. Any backup or restoration service you are entitled to will be stated in your service agreement.
We may need to move services between servers, or perform maintenance, in order to keep the platform running. We will give notice of planned work that is likely to affect you where it is reasonably possible to do so.
Domain services
Domain registration, renewal and transfer are subject to the rules of the relevant registry and registrar, and to ICANN or other governing policies where they apply. Those rules are set by third parties and are not within our control.
- Registration is only complete once the registry confirms it. Availability can change between an enquiry and a registration.
- Registrant contact details must be accurate. Registries can suspend a domain where details are found to be false or unverifiable.
- Renewal is your responsibility. We raise renewal invoices and send notices to the address on your account, but a domain that is not renewed will expire.
- Recovery of an expired domain, where possible at all, is governed by the registry and may carry additional charges set by the registry.
- Transfer eligibility, timelines and lock periods are set by the registry for each extension.
- Domain privacy is available only where the registry and extension permit it.
Email services
Business email services are provided for legitimate business and personal correspondence on your own domain. Mailbox counts, storage and technical limits are those confirmed for your package.
Mail delivery to a recipient’s inbox depends on receiving providers, reputation systems and DNS records, and cannot be guaranteed by any provider. Bulk or marketing email should be sent through a service intended for that purpose; using a business mailbox for bulk sending can damage the reputation of your domain and may lead to restrictions.
Fees, invoices and payment
Fees, currency, billing cycle and applicable taxes are those stated on your invoice or service agreement. Invoices are issued to your account and are visible in the client portal.
Services are provided on the basis that invoices are paid by their due date. Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension of the affected service, and continued non-payment may lead to termination and deletion of data associated with the account.
Any refund arrangement that applies to your services will be stated in your service agreement. Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf — domain registrations and renewals in particular — are generally not recoverable, because they are paid to a registry rather than retained by us.
Renewals and expiry
Hosting, domain, email and SSL services run for a defined term and require renewal to continue. Renewal dates appear in the client portal and renewal invoices are raised against your account ahead of expiry.
If a service is not renewed, it will expire. On expiry, websites and mailboxes on the affected service stop working, and data may be removed after the period stated in your service agreement or applicable registry rules.
Acceptable use
You may not use our services to host, send, store or distribute content or activity that:
- is unlawful under applicable law, or facilitates unlawful activity
- infringes the intellectual property or other rights of any person
- is fraudulent, deceptive, or intended to impersonate another person or organisation
- consists of unsolicited bulk email, or supports a spam operation in any form
- distributes malware, phishing pages, or tools intended to compromise other systems
- attempts to gain unauthorised access to any system, network or account
- involves sexual content of minors, or content that promotes violence, terrorism or hatred against a group
- places an unreasonable load on shared infrastructure and degrades service for others
- operates activity prohibited under Indian law, including where a licence would be required and is not held
We may investigate suspected breaches. Where content is reported to us as unlawful or infringing, we may need to act on that report in order to comply with our own obligations.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect our infrastructure. You are responsible for the security of your credentials, your website’s application layer, and the devices from which you access our services.
If your account or website is compromised and is affecting other customers, the wider internet, or our platform, we may suspend the affected service to contain the problem, and will tell you why. Remediation work beyond containment is assessed per incident.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate services where:
- invoices remain unpaid after their due date
- the acceptable use section of these terms is breached
- an account or service is compromised and poses a risk to others
- we are required to act by a registry, registrar, authority or applicable law
- the account holder asks us to close the service
Where circumstances allow, we will contact you before suspending a service. Where the risk is immediate, we may act first and inform you promptly afterwards.
You may end services in accordance with your service agreement. Please retrieve any data you need before a service is closed.
Intellectual property
The Ingenious Hub name, the Ingenious Hub Hosting name, our logos, and the content, design and code of this website are the property of Indegenious Hub Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. and may not be copied or used without permission.
Content you upload to your hosting account remains yours. You grant us only the permission necessary to store, transmit, back up and serve that content in order to provide the service, and you confirm you have the right to host it.
Third-party services
Delivering our services depends on third parties — registries and registrars, certificate authorities, data centre and infrastructure providers, payment processors and others. Their terms and policies apply to their part of the service.
Where a third party changes its rules, pricing or availability, that change may affect the service you receive, and is outside our control. Any Google-connected functionality is additionally governed by Google’s own terms and policies.
Service availability
We work to keep services available and to resolve interruptions promptly, but no hosting service is uninterrupted. Availability can be affected by maintenance, hardware and network faults, third-party providers, security incidents, and events beyond our reasonable control.
We do not publish an availability guarantee on this website. Any service level commitment that applies to your account is the one stated in your service agreement, and only that one.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ingenious Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or revenue, loss of goodwill, or loss of data arising from your use of the services.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Any financial cap on our liability that applies to your account is the one stated in your service agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any data you cannot afford to lose. This is the single most effective protection available to you, and it is not one we can apply on your behalf.
Changes to services and to these terms
We may change, improve or discontinue parts of our services, and may update these terms to reflect changes in what we provide, in third-party requirements, or in applicable law. The current version is always published on this page with the date it was last updated.
Where a change materially affects services you hold, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through the client portal or by email to the address on your account.
