Home/Business Email

Business email on your own domain name

Professional mailboxes at your own domain — the kind that read [email protected] rather than a free address customers cannot verify.

Custom business addresses

Mailboxes at your own domain for individuals, roles and departments — names your customers can recognise and trust.

  • Personal addresses for staff
  • Role addresses such as info@ or accounts@
  • Aliases and forwarding where needed

Email management

Add, change or close mailboxes as the organisation changes, with requests raised through your client portal account.

  • Mailbox creation and removal
  • Password and access changes
  • Webmail and mail client access

Records and routing

MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records configured on the domain so mail routes correctly and can be verified by receiving servers.

  • MX records pointed to your mail service
  • SPF and DKIM configured
  • DMARC policy set up on request

Why it matters

An address is the cheapest credibility a business can buy

A domain-based address tells a recipient that the sender controls the domain they claim to represent. It also keeps organisational mail with the organisation rather than in a personal account that leaves when a person does.

Mailbox counts, storage and technical specifications differ by the email package chosen, so we confirm those in writing rather than publishing figures that may not apply to your account. Tell us how many people need addresses and how you work — webmail, desktop clients, phones — and we will size it.

Deliverability is a shared responsibility

Whether your mail reaches an inbox depends on records that live on your domain and on how you send:

  • SPF — declares which servers may send for your domain
  • DKIM — signs outgoing mail so it can be verified
  • DMARC — tells receivers what to do when checks fail
  • Sending behaviour — bulk mail from a business mailbox is treated differently from bulk mail sent properly

We configure these records for domains we manage. No provider can guarantee inbox placement, and we will not claim otherwise.

Account security

Practices we ask every mailbox owner to follow

Most email incidents we see are credential problems, not server problems. These habits prevent the majority of them.

Unique, long passwords

A mailbox password should not be reused anywhere else. Compromised mailboxes are usually the result of a password leaked from an unrelated service.

Careful with forwarding rules

Attackers often add a quiet forwarding rule instead of changing a password. Check your rules occasionally, especially after any suspicious login notice.

Remove leavers promptly

When someone leaves the organisation, tell us so the mailbox can be closed or redirected. Dormant mailboxes with old passwords are a standing risk.

Treat payment emails with suspicion

Invoice and bank-detail changes arriving by email should be confirmed by phone with a known contact. This is the most common fraud we are asked about.

Keep devices updated

Mail clients on outdated phones and laptops are a common entry point. Updates matter as much as the server configuration does.

Report quickly

If you suspect a mailbox is compromised, email [email protected] immediately — speed limits the damage more than anything else.

Give your team addresses at your own domain

Tell us how many mailboxes you need and how your team works. We will confirm a package, set the records and move you across.
