Your services, invoices and support history in one authenticated account. This page explains what is inside; the portal itself requires a login.
The client portal requires authentication Accounts are created by Indegenious Hub Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. for customers of Ingenious Hub Hosting. There is no public self-registration on this website. If you do not yet have an account, contact us and we will set your services up first.

Hosting services
Active hosting packages linked to your account, with their status and renewal dates visible in one list.
Domains
Registered domain names, renewal dates and, where applicable, DNS management for the domains you hold with us.
Invoices and payments
Invoice history, amounts due and payment records — useful at renewal time and when your accounts team asks for documentation.
Support tickets
Raise a request, attach details, and keep the entire exchange recorded against your account rather than scattered across inboxes.
Service communication
Renewal reminders, invoices and service notices tied to the contact details on your account.
Signing in
How access works
Sign in at host.ingenioushub.com using the email address registered on your account. If you have forgotten your password, use the password reset option on the login page — a reset link is sent to the registered address.
If the registered address is no longer reachable, or the reset does not arrive, write to [email protected] from an address associated with your organisation and tell us the domain name on the account. We will verify before making any change to account access.
Ingenious Hub will never ask for your password by email, phone or message. If you receive such a request, do not respond — report it to us instead.
